Seeing Beauty and Staying Awake

All around us is beauty and the spectacular which points to God and awakens worship within us.  The enemy is the deceiver who tries to insulate us from the spectacular through distraction, so that we become dull and become our own gods that create our own false reality.  For the believer, staying fully awake is in part recognizing what is all around us and remaining in awe, allowing our heart to stay alive and our worship of the Creator daily.
