Meet Kitty Lyon
Kitty Lyon leads Awake Church Greensboro. When Awake Church Winston-Salem was in between buildings, Kitty started having meetings in her neighborhood, and a house church was born!
Kitty has been ordained and is officially leading this fellowship at Awake Church Greensboro.

While we function in the likeness of Awake Church Winston-Salem and mirror its guiding principles, ministry philosophy, and values, the vision for our local church, Awake Church Greensboro, will reflect its leadership.
We seek to lead people into experiencing the fullness of God’s love so that its members can collectively impact the world around us. Our purpose is to bring forth His Kingdom and see the manifestation of His will on Earth be fulfilled.
Awake Church Greensboro has weekly teachings from a shepherd’s heart. We meet in a casual, small group setting with a relational atmosphere.
Our vision for Get Togethers (small groups or GTs) is that we would live life together as God's family and be engaged in God's mission.
GTs are designed for you to dive deep into community and to find a core group of people to "do life" together.
